<aside> 📨 Who is organizing this?
<aside> ✨ We are OnlyDust, a company committed to supporting developers and open-source initiatives. We help fund a diverse range of open-source projects. With the help of the Starknet Foundation and Starkware, OnlyDust is organizing this Starknet Building Tel Aviv.
<aside> 📨 Why are we doing this?
<aside> ✨ The Starknet Foundation has established a method to incentivise builders by collecting a fee from all financial transactions within their ecosystem and allocating it to developers that build public goods. However, while it is simple to transfer money to Smart Contract Developers, it is more difficult to do so properly to open-source Developers.
If a fair means to share the money cannot be established, the system will finance mercenaries rather than mega chad builders, and will thus collapse. Our objective is to develop a fair distribution system in order to make this remarkable endeavor a success.
