Integrate apibara + dojo into dip/bevy

Dip is a Rust SDK to build cross-platform web3 applications (desktop, cli, web, game etc.). The aim is to connect all Rust ecosystem(crates) under Bevy ECS architecture. All features in Bevy game engine are implemented as plugins such as asset loder, networking and so on (https://bevyengine.org/learn/book/getting-started/plugins/). Dip extends Bevy by providing additional utility plugins that can be utilized not only in games.

In a scope of Starknet and web3, what I have in mind is to provide

• Indexer plugin: Apibara wrapper. Allows developer to query on-chain data.
• Wallet plugin: Expose Argent X like account related logic to systems in ECS. Allows developers to send tx. (Alternative approach is to integrate directly with Argent X via injected JavaScript but it's limited to web plugin only.)

In a nut shell, let's say if you want to build frontend for your Cairo based application now, you would probably use something like Apibara JS SDK + React then integrate with Argent X extention. Dip will allows you to write these all in Rust.

What will be achieved at the Hackers Building:

During the Hacker's Building, we would like to find other builders interested in building open source projects on top of Sphinx, such as perps or AMMs that people can use to place liquidity on Sphinx’s order book. Being a composable liquidity infrastructure, we would like to iterate along with builders and push for a composable DeFi ecosystem on Starknet
